Keep an eye out on ParentSquare for notices of Community Forums that afford more opportunity for questions and answers.

Support Legal Fund to Fight for a Safer Site

Our parent group has retained experienced legal counsel to protect our children and fight for a rigorous review of alternate sites. We have made significant progress but need your support. Please join our cause and donate to this effort on our GoFundMe page, linked below. Gifts of any amount appreciated!

The letter from our legal counsel to the School Board details how critical it is to make sure the scope of the proposed Environmental Impact Report is monitored and the need to consider alternative sites as part of the CEQA review process.

Volunteer for Grassroots Information Campaign

We need to spread the word about this at all the MVSD School Sites and within the larger community. All parents and taxpayers need to know what is being proposed for the temporary site and the literal rot that lies beneath.

Use the Sign Up form linked below to volunteer to distribute posters and flyers, at the schools, at City Hall, and around town.

Sign our Petition and Send Some Letters

Sign the petition to be sent to the Mill Valley School Board, Mill Valley City Council, Department of Toxic Substances Control, Department of Education, Marin County Office of Education, State Architect, Geological Survey.
